Inquiries into Education and Psychoanalysis: Transference and Transmission

Abstract

This text seeks the meeting of two fields, psychoanalysis and the educational field. The term of transfer is central in this encounter. This is a fundamental psychoanalytic concept that allows to study and deepen certain places that are played in the bond between teacher and student as effects of the transference relationship. In addition, the idea of absolute knowledge as a structure of the university discourse is analyzed.
